Love this whimsical world that Brooklyn artist Tamar Mogendorf has created. Her use of
natural and raw textiles and the muted palette gives a really grown up twist to the heirloom
stuffed doll.

Amazing paper scultpture maps from London artist Chris Kenny. His work can be seen
at England Gallery - really wish we could see it in person. With just simple strips of paper,
he's created beautiful texture, colour, and shape. "He
produces an unexpected kind of
poetry with his three-dimensional
‘drawings’ and constructions made from twigs, fragments
of maps and
strips of found text..."

David Weidman's name may not be familiar, but his work certainly is. David began his
career in the animation studios and he was involved in the creation of many animation
classics like Mr. Magoo, Gerald McBoing Boing, and Fractured Fairy Tales. Later, he
opened a gallery on the famed La Cienega Boulevard which showcased his formidable
talent in the silkscreen print medium. His unique and whimsical view of the world is
captured in these highly collectible vintage serigraphs and posters.
Today, at 89, Mr Weidman's staggering body of work, with his graphic sensibility and
expert use of saturated colour is just as modern and relevant as it was 40 years ago.

This project seriously only took 5 minutes! We're not great with flowers, so we made our old vase into a candy jar!
Just found this simple project for Japanese tape from designer Elizabeth Goodman.
Love how she transforms these simple glass vases.
