Been having some great conversations lately with a good friend about listening and the
"soul" of design and thought this succinct interview from John Jay, creative director of
the always brilliant Wieden Kennedy, said what we were thinking, but, waay more
articulately. Man, wish we could communicate like that. And, thought it was so smart
that we had to share it.

Anyway, came across it while browsing the site of Minnesota design studio Florafauna.
