Was debating for a bit to even share this - because it's just that good. Mr. Max is
THE BEST hole-in-the wall-divey Japanese restaurant in Dallas. Perfect udon, lovely
and kind owners, and just a casual easy place to hang. Mainly all Japanese clientele,
owners barely speak English and it's all the way in Irving, but it's a two times a week
kinda restaurant.
